Ortho Call is our automated system that will remind you of your upcoming appointment. Ortho Call is courteous, timely, efficient and will keep your healthcare costs to a minimum!
Here's How it Works
- Ortho Call will dial your telephone a few days prior to your appointment.
- Calls are made between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
- When someone answers, you will hear a voice politely remind you of the date, time, location and name of the person the appointment is for.
- If you are not at home, but have an answering machine, Ortho Call will leave you a message.
- If you do not have an answering machine, Ortho Call will try again later.
To contact our office staff, please call (302) 731-2888 and select option "1" between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
When you come into our office to see the doctor, please let us know how you like Ortho Call.
