If you have a question between visits, please call our office at
(302) 731-2888 and select option "0".
- Your call will be directed to your physician's secretary.
- If the secretary is not able to take your call, please leave a voice mail message. It would be very helpful if you also spelled your last name and stated your date of birth, which assists us in locating your medical chart.
- Our secretaries frequently check their voice mail, so your message will be attended to promptly.
- Your chart will be pulled for proper documentation and forwarded to our "Message Center" for a return call by a medical assistant.
- Our medical assistants have been specially trained to handle all calls and in many cases, to answer your questions.
- The medical assistant will consult your physician when appropriate.
- Our goal is to respond back to you as quickly as possible.
