Sign up and register for Patient Portal by giving a First State Orthopaedics staff member your name and email address. You will then receive an enrollment link via email which will allow you to log into the secure system and create a unique and private account. Alternatively, you can visit our website and click “New Portal Registration”, which will allow you to easily register yourself.
