The Orthopaedic Trauma Care Center at First State Orthopaedics is the first of its kind in Delaware, developed and staffed by fellowship-trained orthopaedic traumatologists. Our surgeons are integral to the development and maintenance of the orthopaedic trauma service at Delaware’s only level-1 trauma center, ChristianaCare Hospital Newark campus and at the level-3 trauma center at ChristianaCare Hospital Wilmington campus. We have the reputation for providing outstanding and advanced orthopaedic trauma care throughout the State of Delaware and our surrounding communities. 

The team at The First State Orthopaedics Trauma Care Center continually remain up to date on the latest technologies available for the treatment of the trauma patient and are integral in teaching these techniques to the next generation of surgeons.
